1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Softlab ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Softlab provides presentation design services including but not limited to pitch decks, sales decks, annual reports and custom templates on PowerPoint, Canva and Gamma AI. The scope of each project is defined at the time of subscription or order. We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or capabilities.
3. Payment & Subscription
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Per-project packages are billed at the time of order. All prices are stated in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables (slides, templates, source files) become your property. You may use, modify and distribute them freely. Softlab retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
5. Revisions & Delivery
We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the result. Estimated delivery times (48h–72h) are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity and current workload. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late briefs from the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Softlab's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
